Kigali — The Chairman of the RPF Inkotanyi, Paul Kagame, alongside the First Lady, Jeannette Kagame, attended the 17th RPF Inkotanyi Congress held at Intare Arena.
The congress brought together more than 2,200 party members from across the country and abroad to deliberate on key priorities shaping Rwanda’s ongoing transformation and future development agenda.
Addressing the participants, President Kagame emphasized the importance of independent thinking anchored in collective action, noting that unity in purpose and action remained central to achieving meaningful and lasting results.
“You should be thinking independently, individually, but most importantly, act collectively. That is when it becomes meaningful and yields results,” President Kagame said.
“Each one of us here has personal concerns and our own lives, but our gathering reminds us that there is so much we share. So it is in our actions that we must be united.”
The 17th RPF Inkotanyi Congress served as a platform for reflection, dialogue, and strategic alignment, reinforcing the party’s commitment to inclusive leadership, national unity, and people-centered governance.
